- While I was painting my minds eye began thinking how personal colors are for everyone. Look into anyone’s closet and you will see their palette. Some have warm muted tones and others love the bright and bold. We all have a few neutrals to support our choices but our personalities emerge with our other options. You can imagine my closet with bright reds and blues ranging from cobalt to turquoise. With this painting I broadened my range by mixing wonderful warm earthy tones. This custom acrylic painting has been created primarily with a palette knife using acrylic paint and gels.
